Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for this new 50,000 SF headquarters and medical office facility. The headquarters houses corporate staff as well as space to process and store organs for transplants. The facility includes executive office space, IT, Finance, HR and Public Affairs, and includes a large operating room, morgue, recovery, and storage. The common space includes conference rooms, break rooms, data room, kitchen, and a shipping/receiving area. An outdoor terrace space features a memorial garden overlooking the Mississippi River.
