Dunham provided mechanical, electrical, and low voltage engineering services for a 420,000 SF expansion and renovation of the hospital. The scope includes the construction of a new nine-story addition, which has a lower level mechanical and electrical space, a surgery floor with 20+ operating rooms, ICU, CCU, and several patient room floors. The project also includes a relocated loading dock, a new parking ramp, and a new north entry into the hospital. As part of this project, the Hospital’s chiller plant was relocated and expanded to support the new and existing facility. A separate team at Dunham provided commissioning services to ensure the systems were operating as intended.
