Jay joined Dunham in 1997 and served in many roles for our firm, including engineer, partner, executive vice president, and President and CEO. Under his leadership, our firm experienced tremendous growth, but Jay’s true legacy goes far beyond these milestones. It lives in our culture, our people, and the relationships he worked to build every single day.
To many of us, Jay has been a mentor, a teacher, and a steady presence—someone who believed in people, led with integrity, and cared deeply about doing the right thing. We are incredibly grateful for his leadership, his friendship, and the example he set for all of us.
As Jay begins this next chapter, we wish him nothing but the best. While his last day with Dunham is April 10, his influence will be felt here for years to come.
