Providing Specialized Expertise to Patients
In the past 50 years, Dunham has successfully completed over 175 projects for Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare at their hospital campus in St. Paul, various surgery centers, and supporting clinics across Minnesota. These projects include miscellaneous remodels and fit-ups, relocations, infrastructure upgrades, commissioning, and new construction.
Spotlight Project: Gateway Plaza
Dunham recently completed Gillette Children’s new integrated office and parking facility at their St. Paul, MN, campus. The project features a 500-car parking facility with a 26,000 SF office space, drop-off area, welcome center, and healing garden. The goal was to create a central space to welcome visitors and provide safe and accessible parking and drop-off for patients and staff. Dunham provided mechanical and electrical design for this project, including a dedicated generator and provisions for a future clinical expansion.
