Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering services to support Row House fitness centers’ remodels and fit-ups across the US. To date, we’ve completed over 50 store designs. These studios typically range from 1,500 to 2,500 SF and include an indoor rowing studio, locker rooms, restrooms, shower rooms, lobby, and retail space. Our services include code reviews, complete construction documents, permit and bid support, and construction administration.
