The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal presented Orchestra Hall with the 2013 Best in Real Estate Award for the Sports and Cultural Development category. Dunham worked with Toronto-based Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg Architects (KPMB), and Golden Valley-based Mortenson Construction to complete this significant expansion and renovation project—which included the lobby, backstage and office areas, as well as replacement of the house lighting and dimming systems, coordination with the audio system, security, telecommunication and data systems, and a new fire protection system that meets current life safety codes.
