National Store Roll-outs
Dunham led the design of MEP systems for the rollout of over 500 Caribou Coffee Shops across the country. Our services include the the design of fit-ups, remodels, and new construction coffee shops. Dunham also helped establish and maintain their prototype designs for use in store roll-outs across the USA, including stand-alone shops, tenant infills, and their new cabin concept stores with easy access for drive through and walk-up service. These stores are designed without in-store service offered. The initial roll-out of these locations included five locations in Minnesota, including Jordan, Burnsville, Willmar, St. Peter, and Big Lake.
