Shoreview Community Center
Dunham completed the Shoreview Community Center expansion project that features Bamboo Bay, a 7,000 SF indoor water park. Bamboo Bay features 40 interactive water features, a zero‑depth splash pool, renovated men’s and women’s locker rooms, and the addition of five family changing rooms. The project also included a two‑story, 15,000 SF addition that consists of a new entrance and expansion of the Tropical Adventure indoor playground, new and remodeled group fitness studios, and a renovation and expansion of the Wave Cafe. The upper level includes new activity rooms, a new preschool classroom, restrooms, and an outdoor deck. Dunham designed the HVAC, power, and lighting systems serving the facility.
