Emergency Department + Chemotherapy Center
This project creates a new Emergency Department, registration and waiting area, and a chemo/infusion center. The multi-phased project features a separate ED entrance for increased safety and security, a designated registration area for improved privacy, and a private waiting area with a dedicated consultation room. The chemotherapy center features three private and four semi-private rooms, a dedicated nurses’ station, and consulting office. Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering design services for this project.
Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit Remodel
The Inpatient Behavioral Health unit remodel adds three new patient rooms, bringing the total to ten private rooms. The 16,155 SF project features consultation rooms, offices, a group exercise room, a multi-purpose room, a patient shower room, an expanded dining area, and a secure outdoor patio. The design allowed for the facility to remain operational throughout construction. Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering design services for this project.
