Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new two‑story, 55,400 SF Specialty Clinic and Medical Office Building. The project includes an allergy clinic, cardiology, gastroenterology, oncology, rheumatology, and urology clinics, as well as imaging and medical laboratory space. Dunham’s services on this project also included preliminary energy design assistance (EDA) to ensure the new construction project helped identify and maximize energy and cost-saving strategies in the design. A separate team at Dunham provided commissioning services to ensure systems were designed and operating as the design intended.
