As the preferred engineer of the 57‑story high‑rise, Dunham provides ongoing engineering services for the IDS Center –, Minnesota’s tallest building. Our services range from retail fit‑outs, tenant improvements, and the remodels of the Core & Shell to create common space and room for new tenants in vacated floors. Our work in the building totals over 200,000 SF in the office building. In addition to working with the IDS Center property services team, we have designed spaces that meet the unique needs of a variety of different tenants.
