Dunham was part of a design-build team to provide mechanical and electrical schematic narrative and design development documents for a new 82,370 SF facility in Alexandria, MN. The building contains manufacturing, office, shipping and receiving, and support space. The manufacturing area includes machine design, assembly, testing, shipping, receiving, and customer demonstrations for Massman’s precision automation machinery. The facility was designed with flexibility in mind and includes 75 ft structural bays and pads ready for two future expansions. The office space includes sales, customer support, and administration. Upon completion, Massman has 100 team members in the new building.
