Retail & Restaurant Concept Upgrades

Dunham has worked as part of various design teams over the years to remodel and fit-up of over 50 retail and restaurant locations throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. One of our latest projects provided some new restaurant concepts that improved guest experiences. This food court upgrade included the Commissary, LeeAnn Chin, People’s Organic Cafe, and the Cook and The Ox restaurants. Dunham has also been involved in various On the Go (OTG) concessions concepts featuring local restaurants aimed at showcasing high-quality food options with quick service and expedited check-out.
