Ongoing Client Service
Dunham’s relationship with Ramsey County dates back to the 1990s. Our projects have been completed directly with the county as part of a Master Services agreement, as well as projects where we were a sub consultant as part of a larger design team. Our experience has included new construction projects, space remodels and fit-ups, and major building renovations. We also worked with Ramsey County to assess the mechanical and electrical infrastructure of more than 30 county facilities.
