The Rayburn Electric Co-op facility is a new 41,800 SF campus with an office and control center building and an adjacent warehouse. The project contains a data center designed with HVAC redundancies and includes electrical and telecomm rooms, war room, training room, office space, and a warehouse with truck bays. Dunham’s Mission Critical team provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for this facility located in Rockwell, Texas.
