Landmark Surgery Center
Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the fit-up of a 22,725 SF surgery center. The project features four (4) operating rooms for general orthopedic surgery, sterile processing, pre and post-op patient rooms, and a waiting room. A dedicated rooftop HVAC unit and an emergency power generator serve the Summit Orthopedics space. A separate team at Dunham provided commissioning services to ensure the building systems were operating as designed.
