Mass Timber Mixed-use Building

T3 is a new seven‑level, 234,000 SF ‘mass timber’ multi‑tenant Class A office building located in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. At the time of its completion, it was the largest contemporary wood structured building in the United States. Working directly for the developer, Dunham provided mechanical, electrical, fire protection, fire alarm, and electrical design‑assist services directly to the developer. The building features high‑tech tenants, and four retail and restaurant spaces. The structure includes sixty‑five tempered underground parking spaces, one level of circulation and lobby, and six levels of office space.
