Free-standing Orthopedic Surgery Center

In collaboration with HealthPartners and Park Nicollet, TRIA’s new state-of-the-art clinic sits in the CityPlace development of Woodbury, MN. The 84,000 SF facility includes an orthopedic acute injury clinic, radiology, retail space, and a cafe on the first level. The second level includes physical therapy, hand therapy, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy pools, as well as administrative offices and conference rooms. The third level contains outpatient surgery, including four operating rooms and pre- and post-op rooms. Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the three-story facility. A separate team at Dunham provided commissioning services to ensure the systems were installed and operating as design intended.
