From campus planning to award winning projects

Our relationship with the University of Minnesota Duluth began in 2005 and consists of ongoing master planning and design services. Our master planning efforts address the campus-wide chilled water as well as the steam and condensate systems. We continuously review system operation and verify equipment and piping size can accommodate current and future needs. We design energy-efficient, flexible infrastructure systems that deliver the required load to campus buildings without sacrificing performance.

To date, Dunham has provided engineering design services for over 100 campus infrastructure upgrades, as well as award-winning building remodels and new construction projects. Dunham designed the new Heikkila Chemistry and Advanced Materials Science building, Swenson Civil Engineering building, the renovation of AB Anderson Hall, an HVAC replacement in the Sports + Health building, a campus utility building, as well as ongoing campus Arc Flash Coordination studies.
