Community + Wellness Centers
Dunham has completed multiple YMCA community center projects that range from additions and remodels, to new construction tied to existing facilities and new ground-up facilities. In total, we have completed over 15 YMCA projects. These YMCAs promote healthy living, community involvement, volunteer efforts, and often serve significant roles in strengthening the neighborhoods in which they are located. The design and operation of these projects often have many stakeholders and require extensive communication and team participation to be successful.
