Jack Link’s relocated their headquarters inside the newly redeveloped Mayo Clinic Square in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. The move allows Jack Link’s to double their staff as they now have space for 300 people. The new headquarters is home to the company’s marketing, research and development, sales, IT, accounting, and executive teams. In addition to traditional office space, the new 78,000 SF headquarters includes a customer experience center, as well as a 12,000 SF Research + Development Innovation Center with a test kitchen laboratory. The test kitchen allows Jack Links to create and offer new products to employees as well as guests. The design features a street‑level retail store and a restaurant‑bar with a venture partner. Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for Jack Link’s – bringing knowledge and insight to the team from our design of the Mayo Clinic Square redevelopment.
