Dunham provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for several high-end Oceanaire Seafood restaurants. The restaurants are each approximately 8,500 SF and include dining space, bars, and large commercial kitchens. Dunham has designed these projects at various locations across the country including Seattle, Orlando, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Denver, Boston, Cincinnati, and Chicago.
