Dunham provided mechanical, electrical, and low voltage engineering services for a major expansion of the Emergency Center at Fairview Southdale Hospital. At 65,000 SF, the new space is four times larger and increased the number and size of the patient rooms. The project also included a new rooftop helipad and the addition of an observation wing to increase the speed with which patients are treated.
Our services include the expansion and upgrades to the facility infrastructure that includes chilled water, steam boilers, domestic water, medical gas, fire protection, as well as normal and emergency power. Our team provided low voltage services include upgrades to the fire alarm system, nurse call, network, and security systems.
