    "I have many strong influences in my life. I was born to a great family. Many people say that, but I believe it fully. I have always said that I am merely a reflection of those who raised me. My personality, work ethic, sense of humor, and mindset are all taken directly from my family. My Mom is the strongest person I know. She never takes a day off, never complains, and does it while laughing. At my core, that is who I aim to be in life."

    "There is a big difference between solving a problem and solving a problem with people who matter to you. At Dunham, we have that. I have always wanted to be part of an organization where people are more than co-workers, and Dunham embodies this. It's never about the work we do, but the people we do it with. The sense of family at Dunham makes every challenge more manageable and every success more meaningful. This supportive environment is what makes Dunham a truly special place to work."

  1. Motivation

    "I must admit that a younger version of me wasn't overly motivated and didn't have many goals. Fortunately, I was given a chance to begin my career at Dunham, where I was surrounded daily by people of high character who work incredibly hard to achieve the goals that they had set for themselves. The professional environment at Dunham was inspiring to me, and I quickly found myself modeling my behavior after mentors that I worked with. Now, my motivation is constant improvement. I now want to be the example that a younger me needed."

    "I like a good challenge. As a creative professional inside an engineering firm, this is one of the few areas where our personalities overlap. I want to think that I work well under pressure, but the truth is that I am simply confident that the tools and people are in place for me to do whatever it is that needs to be done. In this industry, deadlines are everywhere. We have a culture where we help each other. Because of this, I can confidently face each challenge with an army of support alongside me."
