Dunham recently completed the master plan, refurbishment, and preservation of the Ridgedale Library and Service Center in Minnetonka, MN.  The Hennepin County facility is a 195,000 SF building featuring a library, courtrooms, sally port, café, service center, and administrative areas. The project included 55,000 SF of selective remodeling and refurbishment to update current space to be more efficient, flexible, and patron friendly. The majority of the work was in public and staff areas on the second level, with public meeting rooms also being remodeled on the first floor. Our services include the design for technology improvements, as well as extensive mechanical and electrical infrastructure upgrades. These updates are the first since the facility was originally constructed in 1981.
