In collaboration with HealthPartners and Park Nicollet, TRIA’s new state-of-the-art clinic sits in the CityPlace development of Woodbury, MN. The 84,000 SF facility includes an orthopedic acute injury clinic, radiology, retail space, and a cafe on the first level. The second level includes physical therapy, hand therapy, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, as well as administrative offices and conference rooms. The third level contains outpatient surgery, including four operating rooms and pre and post-op rooms. Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the three-story facility, which opened in late 2017.
