Dunham provided B3 and LEED required fundamental and enhanced (EAp1 and EAc3) commissioning services for a new 50,000 SF facility that includes space for education, therapy, observation, meeting, and offices. Our scope of services include commissioning-focused design review, proper installation of equipment, ensuring O&M documentation was complete, and ensuring Owner’s operating personnel were adequately trained. Commissioning services included HVAC, plumbing, and lighting/daylighting control systems.
