The honor was given at the Rethos Benefit & 35th Annual Minnesota Preservation Awards on October 3rd, 2019. This is the second Dunham project to win the award in the last two years, following the Building 222 Preservation and Restoration project in 2018.

Award Winner: Marshfield Clinic, Stevens Point Cancer Center

Dunham is pleased to announce the Marshfield Clinic Cancer Center in Stevens Point has been named a Top Project for 2017 by The Daily Reporter. The cancer center opened its doors to patients on February 13, 2018. The facility houses state-of-the-art equipment, including medical oncology and hematology services with private chemotherapy infusion suites, radiation oncology, a high-dose radiation brachytherapy suite, and oncology pharmacy services. At the new cancer center, patients have access to more than 50 cancer-related clinical trials through the National Cancer Institute research program and cancer care support services. Dunham designed the project with The Boldt Company and RSP Architects.

OATI Microgrid Technology Center – Grand Award Winner

Dunham is pleased to announce that OATI’s Micogrid Technology Center has been named a Grand Award winner by ACEC of Minnesota. Our team received the honor at the 50th Anniversary of the Engineering Excellence Awards.

This award-winning office and data center facility is an advanced micro-grid with a cogeneration system that provides a completely off-grid solution while delivering high efficiency and mission critical reliability needed for a data center. Dunham provided a micro-grid design that includes natural gas microturbines, a diesel generator, solar panels, rooftop wind turbines and an energy storage system. Waste heat is captured from the microturbines to drive an absorption chiller, and to feed the heat recovery system which heats the office building.
