Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new casino and hotel that consists of 126,600 SF of casino gaming, food service and support spaces, a 200-room, 113,700 SF hotel, an 18,000 SF event center, and a parking structure with one level above grade. The facility will also include administration areas, money handling areas, kitchen, buffet fine dining, 24-hour cafe, bar/lounge, retail shops, pool, laundry, maintenance, and storage as well as mechanical and electrical rooms and other spaces to support the casino and hotel operations.
